The house itself sleeps around 10 guests in five beautifully styled bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There’s also a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and an infinity-edge pool with panoramic views over the valley and out to the sea.

Inside, you’ll find natural materials, thick stone walls, vintage furniture, and thoughtful modern touches like underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s warm, quiet, and elegant without being formal.

Kućibreg is a small hilltop village near Brtonigla and Grožnjan, close to the Slovenian border and just a short drive from the coast. You’re 30 minutes from Umag and Novigrad, and only an hour from Trieste or Pula airport. It’s remote enough to feel like an escape, but close enough to explore wine roads, olive oil farms, or even slip to the beach for a swim.
